Suggested Study Topics:

1.  Review elements and symbols (download Elements review program from Download Files page)
2. Review nomenclature (be sure you can write formulas and name compounds quickly and correctly)
3. Balancing equations - try as many as possible for practice - know how to name everything
4. Equation types:  two methods (single displacement, double displacement, synthesis, decomposition) or (types like combustion, dehydration, polymerization, hydrogenation, gas forming, etc.)
5. Know how to use your solubility chart to identify precipitates and soluble compounds
6. Know how to use the activity series chart to identify more reactive elements
7. review your hydrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide gas generation notes
8.  All milk glue notes and lab information
9.  All acids/bases/salts notes and demonstration information - would be a great idea to review the material in your textbook

All of these topics can be found on the web site.  Use the new, more powerful (!!!) search engine to help you find the topics you need.  Prepare questions so that we can review thoroughly.  Study hard - it WILL pay off.
